These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

 

Ordering

  • We accept orders by Online, E-mail or Phone.
  • We are welcome to international orders.

  • We deserve the right to refuse an order and service at anyone at any reason.

Prices & Tax

  • All list prices are subject to change without notice.
  • 9.75% of sales tax will be charged if received shipments in California.

Payment

  • All orders are pre-paid.
  • We accept All major credit/debit cards,Paypal,Personal or Business Check,Money Order,Cashier's Check and Wire Transfer.
  • We will charge a $25.00 fee on all non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped via UPS,USPS or Freight truck. Please note for expedite shipping.
  • All damages or shorted of items must be claimed within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • We cannot issue a credit or exchange for merchandise shorted or damaged after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • If boxes are damaged during a transportation, please report us immediately and take pictures for a proof and keep all original boxes and contents to be inspected by damage claim agent. We can't issue a claim without an original box. 
  • We will charge $12.50 if the shipping address is incorrect or requested change of address after departed.
  • Shipments can be delayed by in case of out of stock,whether,holidays or road condition.
  • We provide free delivery near by Los Angeles area. Minimum order required depending on distance.

Warranty 

  • Our warranty for all durable products is 30 days or manufacturers warranty. This warranty does not cover damage from mishandling, dropping or alterations, or product accessories.
  • We can provide repair,exchange or credit for defective items during warranty period.
Returns & Credits
  • We accept returns if purchased within 30 days with an original package and invoice.
  • We issue a full refund or exchange if only with an original package and resalable condition.
  • We charge 25% of restocking fee if returned without the Careplus One's authorization,original package,invoice or over 30 days from the delivery date.
  • We do not accept returns for special order,custom made,bulk order or other markings on packaging. 
  • Customer pay shipping for a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • No credit or exchange will be processed until the merchandise has been received and inspected.
